For bet365 customers in Great Britain, bet365 says it aims to process withdrawals within four hours, and that at times this can take up to 24 hours.6 After that, it says card and Apple Pay payments can take up to 2 banking days to reach your bank account with some payment providers, and bank transfers up to 5 banking days with some banks.7 The first figure is bet365’s own processing and the banking days are payment transfer, so none of them is a guaranteed receipt time; its withdrawal methods table also shows a “Process Time” of 1–4 hours for most methods without saying which stage that covers.8 Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw.9

bet365 withdrawal times by method
bet365 publishes different times for different payment methods, and sometimes for different stages. We show each stage in its own column: operator processing is bet365's own review and release; payment transfer is the bank or provider's delivery time; a single stated time is used where bet365 gives one figure, labelled "request to receipt" or "stage not stated" exactly as the source allows.
- RequestYou ask bet365 to withdraw. UK customers generally cannot cancel it once made.

Conditions and notes. Our summary of what each operator says alongside the figures above; follow the numbered sources for the exact wording.
Debit Card
- The Debit Card row also says: 'We aim to process your withdrawal within 2 hours of your request.' This differs from the four-hour aim in the withdrawal-time FAQ.
- bet365's own processing can sometimes take up to 24 hours (high business levels or checks).
- Funds processed to an international debit card may take up to 5 banking days.
- Card withdrawals only to cards registered in Guernsey, Isle of Man, Ireland (Rep. Of), Jersey or the UK.
- Where bet365 cannot withdraw back to the debit card, funds are returned by bank transfer.
- Mastercard: withdrawals for Mastercard debit deposits go by bank transfer by default; the customer can switch back to the Mastercard. A UK Mastercard with an eligible bank may offer a fast withdrawal via bank transfer.
- Deposits accepted from Visa, Mastercard, Electron or Maestro debit cards; credit, pre-paid and corporate cards are not accepted.
PayPal
- Funds deposited by PayPal are paid back to the PayPal account used to deposit.
- To deposit with PayPal, the PayPal Payer Status must be Verified.
- Mastercard cannot be the default method for automatic (one-click) PayPal payments.
Apple Pay
- Where possible, Apple Pay withdrawals go back to the card used to deposit; otherwise they are paid by bank transfer.
- The table shows 'Instant', but the 'Where is my withdrawal?' FAQ says card and Apple Pay withdrawals can take up to 2 banking days to reach the bank, after bet365's own processing.
- Credit, pre-paid and corporate cards cannot be used through Apple Pay.
Google Pay
- Google Pay has a deposit row but no row on the UK withdrawal methods page, so withdrawal routing is not published.
- Only cards registered in Guernsey, Isle of Man, Ireland (Rep. Of), Jersey or the UK; no credit, pre-paid or corporate cards.
paysafecard
- Withdrawals go to the customer's myPaysafe account (a myPaysafe account is required to deposit), or by bank transfer.
- The myPaysafe email address defaults to the bet365 account email and may need updating.
Trustly
- Funds deposited via Trustly are paid back to the bank account used for the deposit.
- Most Trustly deposits are credited instantly, but some can take up to three banking days.
Bank Transfer
- The Bank Transfer row also says: 'We aim to process your withdrawal within 2 hours of your request.'
- A Confirmation of Payee check is run; the account must be a personal account in the customer's name, not a business account.
- Withdrawals to a bank account outside the UK or in a currency other than GBP or EUR may take longer.
- Bank transfer is the fallback route when bet365 cannot pay back to the deposit method, or when the deposit method is no longer accepted (error NPM01).
- Statement descriptor: the methods page lists Hillside or Worldpay; the 'Where is my withdrawal?' page lists Earthport, Hillside, Trustly or Worldpay.
- Deposits by manual bank transfer: 'Process Time 2-10 Banking Days', and the bet365 username must be used as the payment reference.
Pay by Bank
- Funds deposited via Pay by Bank are paid back to the bank account used for the deposit.
- The underlying Pay by Bank provider is not named on the page.
Revolut Pay
- Funds deposited via Revolut Pay are paid back to the Revolut account used for the deposit.

bet365 withdrawal limits and fees
Operator-stated, our summary The terms say bet365 does not charge for debit card deposits, though some card issuers may treat betting as a cash payment and charge a fee. No withdrawal fee is stated on the pages captured. Dormant accounts with a balance are charged an administration fee of £2 every 28 days, starting at least 35 days after bet365 first tries to notify the customer.1
Published minimum withdrawals range from £5 (Debit Card) to £10 (PayPal). Maximums, where published, are in the table above.
For how limits and fees work generally, see withdrawal limits and fees explained.
Verification before a bet365 withdrawal
Operator-stated, our summary bet365 says an account must be fully verified before any withdrawal. The terms make withdrawals conditional on completed Verification Checks, and say delays in supplying requested information may delay withdrawals. Additional documents can be requested at any time; the help page gives no fixed review time.19101415
Gambling Commission rules limit when a business can ask for information only at the point of withdrawal. Read verification and your withdrawal rights.
Pending, cancelled or declined bet365 withdrawals
Operator-stated, our summary A withdrawal shows as 'Processing Withdrawal' until bet365 processes it, then 'Withdrawal left bet365'. The status list includes 'Cancelled' (by the customer or by bet365), with the funds returned to the bet365 balance. Payments that fail to send or are rejected by the provider are also returned to the balance and the customer is emailed. The pages captured do not explain how a customer cancels a withdrawal.7
If a withdrawal is taking longer than the stated time, work through what to check when a withdrawal is pending.
bet365 withdrawals at weekends and on bank holidays
Operator-stated, our summary bet365 aims to process withdrawals within four hours, but says this can take up to 24 hours at times of high business levels or during checks. Payment-provider times are given in banking days (up to 2 for cards and Apple Pay, up to 5 for bank transfers). No weekend, bank-holiday or cut-off rules were found.67

Lost, replaced or expired cards
Operator-stated, our summary No specific rule for expired or replaced cards was found. If a withdrawal fails or the provider rejects it, the funds return to the bet365 balance and the customer is asked to check that the card or bank account is still active. If the deposit method is no longer accepted, bet365 directs the customer to withdraw by bank wire.713
Closed or self-excluded accounts
Operator-stated, our summary If bet365 closes an account, any positive real-money balance is paid back unless the account was used for illegal activity or a Prohibited Activity. Funds cannot be withdrawn while an account is suspended for investigation. An account is Dormant after 365 days without a login; bet365 tries to return any balance to the last deposit method, or else to a verified bank account in the customer's name. No rule for withdrawing after self-exclusion was found.1

What we found in bet365's own pages
- bet365 gives three different processing figures. The Debit Card and Bank Transfer rows of its withdrawal methods page say “We aim to process your withdrawal within 2 hours of your request”, while the same table shows “Process Time 1-4 Hours” for most methods.8 The “How long will a withdrawal take?” article says bet365 aims to process withdrawals in four hours, sometimes up to 24 hours.6 We show the four-hour aim as bet365’s processing and the table figure as a single time with the stage not stated.
- It is unclear which stage the table covers. The “How long will a withdrawal take?” article says that after bet365’s four hours the payment provider “will have their own processing time, which you can see here”, and links to the withdrawal methods table.6 That reads as if the table shows the provider’s time, but the table rows themselves describe bet365 processing your request.8
- Apple Pay is shown as “Instant” in one place and up to 2 banking days in another. The withdrawal methods table lists Apple Pay as “Instant”.8 The “Where is my withdrawal?” article groups card and Apple Pay withdrawals together at up to 2 banking days to reach your bank account.7 We show both.
- Card rules differ by card. If you deposited with a Mastercard debit card, bet365 pays withdrawals by bank transfer by default, although you can switch back to the card.9 Card withdrawals can only go to cards registered in the UK, Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man,10 and bet365 says payments to an international debit card may take up to 5 banking days.8
- The name on your bank statement is listed differently. The withdrawal methods page says bank transfers may show as Hillside or Worldpay,8 while the “Where is my withdrawal?” article lists Earthport, Hillside, Trustly or Worldpay.7
- Google Pay has a deposit row but no withdrawal row. bet365 lists Google Pay as a deposit method,11 but it does not appear on the UK withdrawal methods page,8 so where a Google Pay deposit is paid back is not published.
- Not published: weekend, bank-holiday or cut-off rules for withdrawals, a withdrawal fee (the terms only say debit card deposits are free),1 and how a customer cancels a withdrawal, even though “Cancelled” by the customer or by bet365 is one of the listed statuses.7 Document reviews are promised “as soon as possible”, with no fixed time.15
