About BookiePayout

Short answer

BookiePayout is an independent publication that explains how deposits and withdrawals work at UK bookmakers. We compare what bookmakers publish about payment methods, processing times, limits, fees and checks, and link every figure to the operator’s own page and the date we checked it.

Who publishes BookiePayout

BookiePayout is published by Bookie Payouts, trading as BookiePayout. Editorial, corrections and privacy contact: editor@bookiepayout.co.uk. Bookie Payouts has no ownership link with any bookmaker or payment provider.

What BookiePayout is for

When a withdrawal is slow, or you are choosing where to bank, the information you need is scattered across help centres, terms and conditions and payment tables that use different words for the same thing. We collect it, separate the bookmaker’s own processing time from the bank or wallet’s transfer time, and show the conditions that sit next to the headline figure. When a bookmaker’s own pages disagree with each other, we say so.

What we are not

  • We are not a bookmaker and do not take bets or hold money.
  • We are not a payment provider, a bank or a wallet.
  • We are not a regulator. The Gambling Commission regulates gambling businesses in Great Britain; we are unconnected to it.
  • We are not a dispute-resolution service. We cannot see your account, contact a bookmaker on your behalf or recover money. Our complaints guide explains who can.

The editorial team

Pages are written and maintained by the BookiePayout editorial team, which researches and checks every guide before it is published and when it is rechecked. We work from primary sources only: bookmakers’ own help centres, terms and payment pages, the Gambling Commission’s public register and guidance, GOV.UK, and payment providers’ own documentation. We keep a dated copy of every source page we rely on.

We use software to help with this work, including tools that fetch and save source pages and AI tools that help draft and check text. Software does not decide what is published: each figure is tied to a saved copy of the source it came from, and a page is published only when its facts trace back to those sources. How we do it is set out in full in our methodology and evidence log.

We have not tested withdrawals with real accounts, and we never describe a stated time as something we have observed.

How BookiePayout is funded

At launch, BookiePayout has no commercial relationship with any bookmaker. If we later join a bookmaker’s affiliate programme, links to that bookmaker will be marked as paid, they will not change what a comparison shows or its order, and help pages about complaints, self-exclusion or closed accounts will never carry them. Our affiliate disclosure will always say which relationships exist.
