For Coral customers in Great Britain, Coral states that every withdrawal is first approved by its internal review team, which takes approximately up to 24 hours (Monday to Friday); this is Coral’s own processing stage.5 For Fast Bank Transfer, Coral then gives 2–4 business days for the money to be credited to your bank account, which is the payment transfer stage.6 If you have a Visa debit card eligible for Visa Fast Funds, Coral says a payout typically reaches your bank account within 4 hours of the request (request to receipt), but payouts over 2,000 GBP are liable for further manual checks and will likely not meet that 4-hour target.7 These are operator-stated figures, not a guaranteed receipt time.

Coral withdrawal times by method
Coral publishes different times for different payment methods, and sometimes for different stages. We show each stage in its own column: operator processing is Coral's own review and release; payment transfer is the bank or provider's delivery time; a single stated time is used where Coral gives one figure, labelled "request to receipt" or "stage not stated" exactly as the source allows.
- RequestYou ask Coral to withdraw. UK customers generally cannot cancel it once made.
- Coral processingUp to 24 hoursReview, checks and release by the bookmaker.
- Payment transfer2–4 working daysBank, card scheme or wallet delivers the money.
- Money arrivesYour bank or wallet may show it as pending before it clears.

Conditions and notes. Our summary of what each operator says alongside the figures above; follow the numbered sources for the exact wording.
Maestro
- Withdrawal to Maestro requires a successful Maestro deposit within the last six months.
- The 1-3 business day figure is for UK customers; non-UK customers are quoted 3-5 business days.
MasterCard (debit)
- The MasterCard FAQ says withdrawal to MasterCard is only available in some countries and must be checked in the cashier; withdrawal requires a successful MasterCard deposit in the last 6 months.
- The MasterCard FAQ is a generic template that still refers to credit cards; UK customers cannot deposit with credit cards.
Visa (Visa debit, including Visa Fast Funds)
- The 4-hour figure applies to Visa Fast Funds payouts only: eligible Visa debit or prepaid cards from participating UK and Irish banks, shown by a stopwatch logo in the cashier. No withdrawal time is published for Visa cards that are not eligible for Fast Funds.
- The FAQ says checking and approval typically takes a couple of hours before the payout is processed.
- Payouts over 2,000 GBP/EUR are liable for further manual checks and will likely not meet the 4-hour SLA; changing the transaction currency also slows it.
- Fast Funds is limited to 5 withdrawals a day on a rolling 24-hour basis.
- Fast Funds payouts are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends.
- Visa cards issued in the USA cannot be withdrawn to.
- The 2-hour Fast Funds reversal window is stated as no longer available to UK customers.
PayPal
- Withdrawal to PayPal requires a successful PayPal deposit within the last six months; you can then withdraw to PayPal even if you also used other deposit methods.
- If PayPal is used for the first deposit, sportsbook access is temporarily limited until identity verification is complete.
- The approval window is Coral's general internal-review figure for all withdrawals; no PayPal-specific payout time is published.
Apple Pay
- The FAQ says Apple Pay supports withdrawals but does not say where the money is paid (for example, back to the underlying card) or how long it takes.
- The FAQ answers 'How long does it take to receive the money transferred into my account?' with 'within 1-3 business days'. That question covers deposits in the parallel FAQs, so this is not recorded as a withdrawal time.
- The FAQ says Apple Pay is available for iOS on mobile web in Safari only.
Google Pay
- Withdrawals are paid directly to the debit/credit card used to deposit via Google Pay, not to a Google Pay balance.
- The Google Pay FAQ gives a maximum deposit of 5000 GBP, which conflicts with the £2,000 single-deposit cap for UK customers on the Deposit Methods page.
- No withdrawal time is published.
paysafecard (paysafecard account)
- Since 14 September 2021, deposits can only be made from a personal paysafecard account, not with vouchers alone.
- Withdrawals go to the paysafecard account and require a previous successful paysafecard deposit.
- The name on the Coral account must match the paysafecard wallet name.
- The approval window is Coral's general internal-review figure; no paysafecard-specific payout time is published.
Fast Bank Transfer
- Only bank accounts registered in the same country as the Coral account can be used.
- The Fast Bank Transfer FAQ says deposits are not offered by this method; a separate Payments FAQ describes depositing by bank transfer via Deposits > Bank transfer (see researcher notes).
- Under the T&Cs, bank transfers to international accounts attract bank charges paid by the customer.
Pay by Bank
- The help-centre URL slug is 'truelayer'; the page itself names only 'Pay by Bank'.
- The Pay by Bank FAQ gives a 5,000 GBP maximum deposit, which conflicts with the £2,000 single-deposit cap for UK customers.
- Up to 3 bank accounts can be used with Pay by Bank; payments are in the account currency (GBP or EUR).
- No withdrawal time or withdrawal limits are published for Pay by Bank.
Coral Rewards Card (multi-channel account, cash in Coral shops)
- Requires a Rewards Card added to a verified Coral.co.uk online account (a 'multi-channel' account); the card must be shown at the counter.
- In-shop deposits and withdrawals are cash only.
- Monthly deposit/withdrawal limits apply but are not published ('please ask the Shop Team for details').
- Online deposits or winnings must be wagered in full online before they can be withdrawn as cash in a shop.
- The scheme is run by Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming Limited (t/a Coral), not the online licensee LC International Limited.
Coral deposit methods and where withdrawals are paid
Operator-stated, our summary Coral runs a 'Closed Loop System': withdrawals are returned to the methods used to deposit, in line with the amounts deposited, and may be split across several methods. Its example: with £100 deposited by Visa and £50 by PayPal, £100 must go back to the Visa card before more than £50 can go to PayPal. Card and PayPal withdrawals need a deposit with that method in the last six months. Payments can only be made to the registered account holder. UK accounts may have at most three active payment methods in a rolling 30-day period. Coral's Financial Service Department may change the method of a withdrawal request as a security precaution.120212223

Coral withdrawal limits and fees
Operator-stated, our summary Coral says it does not charge withdrawal fees, and its T&Cs say it does not charge for withdrawals to debit cards or bank accounts. It charges no deposit fees, although third-party payment processors may charge their own. Bank transfers to international accounts attract bank charges paid by the customer. If a customer makes repeated deposits and withdrawals without matching betting activity, Coral may deduct the bank charges it incurred before closing the account. If an account has had no cash bets for 13 months and Coral cannot return the balance, a £3.00 monthly inactive-account fee applies after at least 30 days' email notice. The help centre separately describes accounts as dormant after 6 months without fees.11024
Published minimum withdrawal: £5 for the methods that state one (see the table above).
For how limits and fees work generally, see withdrawal limits and fees explained.
Verification before a Coral withdrawal
Operator-stated, our summary Coral must verify UK customers' name, age and address (KYC) before they can deposit, bet or withdraw. Once KYC is complete, customers can withdraw winnings. Coral says it aims to review uploaded documents within 36 hours and may ask for more documents in later routine checks. Under the T&Cs, Coral may block withdrawals until verification checks are complete, and a delay in supplying requested information may delay a withdrawal. Source-of-funds checks may be required after a customer spends a certain amount.125262728
Gambling Commission rules limit when a business can ask for information only at the point of withdrawal. Read verification and your withdrawal rights.
Pending, cancelled or declined Coral withdrawals
Operator-stated, our summary Coral's internal review team checks and approves every withdrawal before payment. Coral's help pages say UK customers can no longer cancel or reverse a withdrawal, including the 2-hour reversal window offered on Visa Fast Funds elsewhere. A pending withdrawal may be merged with an earlier unprocessed one. It is cancelled and returned to the balance if a bet resettlement puts the account into a negative balance. Withdrawals from the separate Sports and Gaming wallets are taken from the wallet the customer chooses. Status is shown under Cashier > Payment history.72028293031
If a withdrawal is taking longer than the stated time, work through what to check when a withdrawal is pending.
Coral withdrawals at weekends and on bank holidays
Operator-stated, our summary Coral says its internal review of withdrawals takes approximately up to 24 hours, Monday to Friday, and that debit card withdrawals are processed Monday to Sunday. Visa Fast Funds payouts are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends. Method timeframes, shown in the logged-in cashier, range from instant to five banking days and are in addition to Coral's internal processing time. No bank-holiday rules or cut-off times are published.5732

Lost, replaced or expired cards
Operator-stated, our summary The help centre has no dedicated article on expired cards. The UK T&Cs, in the inactive-accounts clause, say that if the payment method has expired the customer must deposit with a new payment method and then withdraw that deposit and the rest of the balance to the new method. Expired cards do not count towards the UK limit of three active payment methods.122
Closed or self-excluded accounts
Operator-stated, our summary If a customer self-excludes, Coral will return any funds in the account within ten working days of the request, to the current active payment method. Returns on unsettled bets are paid within 10 working days of the result. A customer closing their own account must request withdrawal of the balance, and bets still open will stand and be paid out when settled. If Coral closes an account, the balance is paid back except where it finds illegal or prohibited activity. Funds cannot be withdrawn while an account is suspended for investigation. The help centre says customers who self-exclude or close all products can still request withdrawal of any cash balance.133

What we found in Coral's own pages
- Coral gives two different pictures of its own review. Its Visa Fast Funds page says checking and approving payouts typically takes a couple of hours and that Fast Funds payouts are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;7 its general withdrawals answer says all withdrawals are first approved in approximately up to 24 hours, Monday to Friday, while also saying debit card withdrawals are processed Monday to Sunday.5 We show the Fast Funds figure as request to receipt and the 24-hour review as the processing stage for other methods.
- Most per-method transfer times are not public. Coral says each method’s timeframe, ranging from instantly to five banking days, is shown in the cashier and is additional to its internal processing time.32 We found no published transfer time for PayPal, paysafecard, Pay by Bank, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Visa cards outside Fast Funds.
- The Apple Pay page says Apple Pay supports withdrawals, but its only timing (1–3 business days) answers a question about money “transferred into my account” without saying whether that means deposits or withdrawals, and it does not say where an Apple Pay withdrawal is paid.14 We have not used it as a withdrawal time. Separately, the MasterCard page says withdrawal to MasterCard is “currently only available to some countries” and asks you to check the cashier, so UK availability is not confirmed.11
- Coral’s Deposit Methods page caps any single UK deposit at £2,000 on all payment methods,9 while the Google Pay and Pay by Bank pages give a maximum deposit of 5,000 GBP.1518 We show the £2,000 UK cap.
- The Fast Bank Transfer page says Coral does not offer deposits by that method,6 while a separate payments answer tells you to find Coral’s account details under “Deposits”/”Bank transfer” after logging in.17
- Inactivity rules differ between the help centre and the terms. The help centre says an account not accessed or used for 6 months (182 days) is “dormant” and that this “does not affect your rights or ability to obtain funds”;24 the UK Terms classify an account as “inactive” after 13 consecutive months without cash bets and allow a £3.00 monthly fee, after at least 30 days’ email notice, if Coral cannot return the balance.1
- Cash withdrawals in Coral shops run through a Rewards Card linked to a verified online account, in cash only, under a scheme operated by Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming Limited (t/a Coral),19 not LC International Limited, the company named in the online UK Terms.1 Monthly in-shop limits apply but are not published (the scheme terms say to ask the shop team), and online deposits or winnings must be wagered in full online before they can be withdrawn as cash.19
Contacting Coral and making a complaint
Coral names IBAS as its alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider1. You can usually go to ADR only after Coral's own complaints process has finished or 8 weeks have passed.
