For Kwiff customers in Great Britain, Kwiff’s UK payment table says debit card, Apple Pay and Revolut card withdrawals go back to your card within 30 minutes; this is a single figure that does not say which stage it covers.8 Its withdrawal help article says most withdrawals are completed in under 30 minutes, but if extra security or verification checks are needed Kwiff aims to complete them within 24 hours, and some banks may take longer to credit the payment after approval.9 Withdrawal requests are final and cannot be cancelled.10 These are operator-stated figures, not a guaranteed receipt time.

Kwiff withdrawal times by method
Kwiff publishes different times for different payment methods, and sometimes for different stages. We show each stage in its own column: operator processing is Kwiff's own review and release; payment transfer is the bank or provider's delivery time; a single stated time is used where Kwiff gives one figure, labelled "request to receipt" or "stage not stated" exactly as the source allows.

Conditions and notes. Our summary of what each operator says alongside the figures above; follow the numbered sources for the exact wording.
Debit Cards (Visa / Mastercard)
- Card withdrawals use Visa Direct / Mastercard Send push-to-card payouts.
- If security or verification checks are needed, Kwiff aims to complete them within 24 hours before processing.
- Credit and prepaid cards are not accepted; Wise debit cards may not work for gambling payments.
Apple Pay
- Apple Pay withdrawals are paid to the UK debit card connected to Apple Pay.
- If security or verification checks are needed, Kwiff aims to complete them within 24 hours before processing.
Pay By Bank
- The only payout wording is 'unlock instant payouts' (promotional); Kwiff does not otherwise explain Pay By Bank withdrawal routing or timing, and its general FAQ says most withdrawals complete in under 30 minutes. Treat 'instant' as the operator's wording, not a measured time.
- Pay by Bank provider not named. Wise Pay by Bank may not work for gambling payments.
Revolut
- Described as a Revolut debit card (card number, expiry, CVV), listed under 'Debit Cards' in the payment table but as a separate 'Revolut' option in the deposit guide; this is not Revolut Pay.
Kwiff deposit methods and where withdrawals are paid
Operator-stated, our summary Kwiff runs a closed-loop policy: withdrawals go back to the card or payment account used to deposit, and the 'net deposit' (deposits minus withdrawals) on each method must be returned to that method before profits can be withdrawn to another active method. If returning funds to the original method is not possible, withdrawals may go to another verified method in the customer's name after extra checks. Third parties may not deposit or withdraw on the customer's behalf.212

Kwiff withdrawal limits and fees
Operator-stated, our summary Kwiff does not publish a 'free withdrawals' statement. Its GB terms allow it to deduct reasonable bank charges or administrative costs for deposits and withdrawals, note that payments may incur a charge from the payment provider, allow administrative charges for withdrawals made in abnormal circumstances (including payment to a different method), and allow recovery of merchant charges where deposits are made without intent to play. A £5 monthly dormant-account fee applies after 13 months' inactivity; for GB accounts Kwiff first tries to return the balance to the last payment method. The minimum withdrawal is £10.2
Published minimum withdrawal: £10 for the methods that state one (see the table above).
For how limits and fees work generally, see withdrawal limits and fees explained.
Verification before a Kwiff withdrawal
Operator-stated, our summary Kwiff will not pay out until it has verified the customer's identity and age, and may request documents (including payment-method evidence) at any stage, which can delay deposits and withdrawals. It says withdrawals can trigger verification where money-laundering rules require it (it cites transactions over €1,000 occasional or €2,000 linked). Kwiff aims to review documents within 24 hours of receipt. It may close an account and cancel pending withdrawals if a customer cannot or will not supply required documents.2131415
Gambling Commission rules limit when a business can ask for information only at the point of withdrawal. Read verification and your withdrawal rights.
Pending, cancelled or declined Kwiff withdrawals
Operator-stated, our summary Kwiff says most withdrawals complete in under 30 minutes; where extra security or verification checks are needed it aims to finish them within 24 hours, and after approval most customers receive funds within 30 minutes, though some banks take longer. Withdrawal requests are final and cannot be cancelled (Kwiff cites the UKGC ban on reverse withdrawals). Customers whose withdrawal has been pending more than 24 hours are asked to contact support. Kwiff may withhold payment while it investigates suspicious transactions.2910
If a withdrawal is taking longer than the stated time, work through what to check when a withdrawal is pending.

Closed or self-excluded accounts
Operator-stated, our summary Customers can close their account in the app, on the website or via Customer Support, and any funds are remitted under the terms. On self-exclusion the account is closed immediately and any balance is withdrawn to the registered payment method; balances from pending bets are paid out once the bets settle. Funds in an excluded or suspended account can be recovered by emailing help@kwiff.com.216

What we found in Kwiff's own pages
- Kwiff uses its 30-minute figure in more than one sense. The UK payment table attaches “within 30 minutes” to each card route without naming a stage;8 the withdrawal article says both that most withdrawals are completed in under 30 minutes and that most customers receive their funds within 30 minutes of approval.9 The second wording counts from approval rather than from your request. We show the table figure with the stage not stated.
- For Pay By Bank, the only payout wording is that it lets you “unlock instant payouts”.8 Kwiff does not say where Pay By Bank withdrawals are paid or give a time in words. The same page warns that you may encounter issues depositing with Wise Pay by Bank.8
- The payment table lists Revolut under debit cards and describes a Revolut debit card,8 while the deposit guide offers “Revolut” as its own option next to Debit Card, Apple Pay and Pay By Bank.11 We treat it as a Revolut card, not Revolut Pay.
- A Payment Method Validation article (last updated in January 2024) still explains how to verify a PayPal account,17 but PayPal is not in the current UK payment methods list.8 We do not list PayPal as a Kwiff method.
- Kwiff does not state that withdrawals are free. Its GB terms allow it to deduct from your account reasonable bank charges or administrative costs incurred in relation to funds withdrawn, to charge administrative costs for withdrawals made in abnormal circumstances (including payment to a different method), and to apply a £5 monthly fee after 13 months of inactivity, although for GB accounts it first tries to return the balance to the last payment method.2
- Kwiff Ltd provides the service as named agent under the umbrella licence of its parent, Eaton Gate Gaming Limited, account 44448.13 The footer of the GB terms page also carries an older line saying kwiff Limited is licensed with account number “4448”.2
- Not published: a maximum withdrawal, any weekend or bank holiday rule, and what happens to a withdrawal when a card has expired. Kwiff asks you to contact its Customer Experience Team if a withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours.9
Contacting Kwiff and making a complaint
Kwiff names eCOGRA as its alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider12. You can usually go to ADR only after Kwiff's own complaints process has finished or 8 weeks have passed.
