Kwiff review: payments and account terms
Kwiff may suit customers in Great Britain who withdraw to a UK debit card, Apple Pay or a Revolut card, because it states a 30-minute payout figure for those routes, though not which stage it covers, and explains its closed-loop rule in plain terms.712 Readers who want a published phone line or support hours, or a clear account of how Pay By Bank withdrawals are paid, should look elsewhere, as Kwiff publishes neither.715 Kwiff Ltd trades under the Gambling Commission licence of its parent, Eaton Gate Gaming Limited (account 44448), which had no regulatory actions recorded on the register when checked.1126
How this page is funded: BookiePayout does not currently earn commission from any bookmaker on this page. If that changes, paid links will be labelled and will not change what we say, the order or which bookmakers are included. Affiliate disclosure.
We reviewed Kwiff from its own UK help centre, terms and payment pages and its Gambling Commission register entry (17 saved sources, last checked 19 October 2026). We did not open an account, deposit or test a withdrawal, and nothing here describes a personal experience. There is no score: the checklist below applies the same criteria to every bookmaker we review.

For players in Great Britain, Kwiff is operated by Kwiff Ltd, a Malta-registered, wholly-owned subsidiary of Eaton Gate Gaming Ltd, which is registered in England and Wales.2 Kwiff Ltd is not the licence holder: Eaton Gate Gaming Limited holds the Gambling Commission licence, account 44448, which names Kwiff Ltd as agent “by way of umbrella licence held by its parent company”.13 The register lists kwiff as an active trading name and kwiff.com as an active domain of Eaton Gate Gaming Limited, so that is the register entry, and the regulatory record, that applies to Kwiff.45
Its terms define the services as sports betting and casino, and its help centre refers to live casino games.89 It has an app on the App Store and Google Play, and accounts can also be used on kwiff.com.10 When checked, the regulatory actions page for Eaton Gate Gaming Limited said no regulatory actions had been recorded for the business.11
What stands out
- A named card payout route. Kwiff says debit card withdrawals are “powered by Visa Direct and Mastercard Send” and reach a registered UK debit card within 30 minutes, the same figure it gives for Apple Pay and Revolut cards.7
- A closed-loop rule with a worked definition. You must return funds to the method you deposited with before withdrawing profits elsewhere, and Kwiff defines net deposit as total deposits minus total withdrawals.12
- Stated check times. Kwiff aims to complete any extra checks on a withdrawal within 24 hours, and asks customers to contact its Customer Experience Team if a withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours.13
- A dormancy safeguard for GB accounts. Kwiff emails after 12 months of inactivity and, for GB accounts, will attempt to return the balance to the last payment method before deducting any fee.8
- A named dispute route. Kwiff names eCOGRA as its alternative dispute resolution entity in Great Britain and aims to resolve complaints within 8 weeks of receiving all relevant information.1
Limitations to know about
- The 30-minute figure has no stated stage. The payment table attaches “within 30 minutes” to each card route without saying which stage it covers.7 The withdrawal article says most withdrawals are completed in under 30 minutes, but also that most customers receive funds within 30 minutes of approval, which counts from a later point.13
- Pay By Bank is barely explained. The only payout wording is that Pay By Bank lets you “unlock instant payouts”; the same page does not say where those withdrawals are paid or give a time.7
- Gaps in the payment rules. Kwiff’s withdrawal pages publish no maximum withdrawal, no weekend or bank holiday processing rule and no procedure for an expired card.713
- Charges are possible. Kwiff does not state that withdrawals are free: its GB terms allow it to deduct reasonable bank charges or administrative costs and to charge for withdrawals made in abnormal circumstances, including payments to a different payment method.2
- Stale pages alongside current ones. The GB terms footer still has an older line giving the licence account as “4448”, and a 2024 article explains how to verify PayPal, which is not in the current UK payment methods list.2714
- No phone line or support hours. Kwiff lists only email and in-app Live Chat, with no hours and no phone number, yet a returning self-excluder must give “telephone confirmation”.1516
Payments and withdrawals
Quickest stated route: Pay by Bank (open banking), instant (stage not stated).7
The full method-by-method table, limits, verification, pending and weekend rules are in our Kwiff withdrawal guide, which this review does not repeat.
Kwiff’s UK routes for both deposits and withdrawals are debit cards, Apple Pay, a Revolut debit card and Pay By Bank, each with a £10 minimum; credit and prepaid cards are not accepted.7 Apple Pay withdrawals go to the UK debit card connected to Apple Pay, and the Revolut route is a Revolut card rather than Revolut Pay.717
Withdrawals follow the closed loop, and where returning funds to the original method is not possible the terms allow payment to a verified method in your name after extra checks.2 Kwiff will not pay out before it has verified your identity and age.2 Withdrawal requests are final and cannot be cancelled.18
Account terms
You must be 18 or over and may not use the service from outside the United Kingdom or Ireland.8 You can hold only one account; if that rule is broken, Kwiff may block or delete the accounts, cancel outstanding bets and merge or refund the balances.8
Once an account has been inactive for more than 13 consecutive months, Kwiff deducts a £5 monthly fee until the account is used again, closed or the balance reaches zero.8 You can close your account in the app, on the website or through customer support, and funds in an excluded or suspended account can be reclaimed by emailing help@kwiff.com.8
Kwiff may close an account without giving a reason, and says it will close one if it believes the customer’s gambling will cause financial or personal difficulties.8 Where it reasonably believes a customer has, for example, circumvented self-exclusion, the terms allow it to close the account and forfeit the balance or winnings pending an investigation, with notice by email.8
Safer gambling tools and support
Kwiff offers deposit limits over 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days; a new or lower limit applies immediately, while an increase applies after 24 hours and must then be confirmed.19 Loss limits use the same periods and are calculated as deposits minus withdrawals.20 Other tools are a curfew that blocks the account at set times of day, a Sports or Casino product restriction, and Reality Check reminders.212223
A time-out can run for 24 hours, one week, one month or another period of up to 6 weeks, and cannot be overridden.8 Self-exclusion runs from six months to five years, any funds are withdrawn to the registered payment method, and Kwiff points customers considering it to GAMSTOP.1624
Support is by email to help@kwiff.com or Live Chat in the app.15 Complaints use the same routes and are handled only if raised within 6 months of the incident.1

Kwiff is clearest on the rules around a withdrawal: the closed loop, the thresholds that can trigger verification and the eCOGRA dispute route are set out in its own words.11225 It is thinnest on stages and edge cases: its single 30-minute figure does not separate Kwiff’s processing from the payment transfer, and Pay By Bank payouts are described only as instant.7 The Kwiff withdrawal guide shows each route as published, with the date it was checked.
