Midnite review: payments and account terms
Midnite may suit customers in Great Britain who bet on sports, racing or casino games and want to withdraw to a debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Pay By Bank or Revolut Pay, and its Gambling Commission register entry shows no recorded regulatory actions.4829 It says it aims to process all withdrawals within 72 hours, but its methods table gives up to 5 business days for cards and does not say which stage its figures cover.45 Customers who want PayPal or another e-wallet, a phone line or a stated minimum withdrawal should look elsewhere, as none appears on its UK payment and contact pages.416 Anyone who changes payment method often should also note that only one can be active at a time, and switching needs a balance below £3 and no open bets.314
How this page is funded: BookiePayout does not currently earn commission from any bookmaker on this page. If that changes, paid links will be labelled and will not change what we say, the order or which bookmakers are included. Affiliate disclosure.
We reviewed Midnite from its own UK help centre, terms and payment pages and its Gambling Commission register entry (22 saved sources, last checked 19 October 2026). We did not open an account, deposit or test a withdrawal, and nothing here describes a personal experience. There is no score: the checklist below applies the same criteria to every bookmaker we review.

Midnite is operated for customers in Great Britain by Midnite Limited, licensed by the Gambling Commission under number 101839.7 Midnite Limited is incorporated in Gibraltar, and customers in Ireland are served by a separate company, Midnite Europe Limited.3 The register shows its remote betting and casino activities as active, with a start date of 11 August 2026.1 The site menu lists sports, horse racing, casino games, live casino and virtual sports.8
What stands out
- Five routes that work both ways. Debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Pay By Bank and Revolut Pay are each listed for deposits and withdrawals, with the same limits on every route.4 The detail is in the Midnite withdrawal guide.
- A choice of closure. Customers can ask for a standard closure, which can be reopened later, or a permanent closure, which cannot be undone; a request that does not say which is treated as standard.9
- Limits tighten straight away. Lowering a net spend or loss limit takes effect immediately, while raising or removing one takes effect 24 hours later.1011
- A clear rule on pending withdrawals. A withdrawal cannot be cancelled once submitted, even while it still shows as pending.12
- Stated complaint timescales. Midnite aims to give a full response to a complaint within 15 working days, has up to 8 weeks for a final response, and names IBAS as its dispute resolution provider.13
Limitations to know about
- Timing figures that do not line up. The withdrawal article says most withdrawals are processed within minutes, that Midnite aims to process all of them within 72 hours, and that some take up to 5 working days depending on the payment provider.5 The payment table uses one “Processing Time” column for deposits and withdrawals and does not say which stage its withdrawal figures cover.4
- No minimum withdrawal or withdrawal fee statement. The payment table gives no minimum withdrawal,4 and the terms mention fees only to say debit card deposits are free, adding that some card issuers may charge a cash advance fee.3
- One active payment method. Only one payment method may be active at a time, and changing it needs a balance below £3, no open or unsettled bets and no unfinished casino rounds.314 The expired-card article sends customers to the same process.15
- A phone route that the contact page does not list. The terms say an account can be closed by phone, email or live chat,10 but the Contact Us article lists live chat, email, a Telegram bot and post, with no telephone number and no opening hours.16
- Help articles that contradict each other. One net spend limit article describes decreasing a limit as making it less restrictive,17 the reverse of the other article, where lowering a limit is the more restrictive change and happens immediately.18 A deposit limit based only on deposits is marked “Coming Soon”,19 although the Play Responsibly article already lists deposit limits among its tools.20
Payments and withdrawals
Quickest stated route: Apple Pay, up to 72 hours (stage not stated).456
The full method-by-method table, limits, verification, pending and weekend rules are in our Midnite withdrawal guide, which this review does not repeat.
Withdrawals go back to the method used to deposit: a debit card deposit is paid back to that card, and Pay by Bank funds return to the same bank account.21 Some cards cannot receive withdrawals: Midnite says payments to a Wise card fail and it then offers Pay by Bank instead,22 and its Apple Pay page says Wise and Yonder cards are not eligible.6 Pay By Bank works only in a web browser, with the iOS and Android apps marked “coming soon”, and credit cards are not accepted at all.423
Verification can hold up a payout. Midnite may restrict an account, including preventing withdrawals, until its checks are complete, and says any delay in providing requested information may delay a withdrawal.3 It may also ask about source of funds once an account reaches certain deposit or withdrawal thresholds.24 The verification guide explains these checks.
Account terms
Each person may register only one Midnite account; duplicates are closed, and where accounts were opened deliberately or fraudulently Midnite may close all of them.10 Customers must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland or another permitted jurisdiction.10
Customers can close their account through live chat or by emailing support@midnite.com, and funds are remitted to the account holder unless Midnite is entitled or required to withhold them.910 Midnite may close, limit or suspend an account at any time, with reasonable advance notice of a closure except where it suspects a prohibited activity.10 When Midnite closes an account, a positive real money balance is paid back, with exceptions for prohibited activity, and funds cannot be withdrawn while an account is suspended.10
No dormancy period or inactivity fee appears in the terms, and a help-centre search for dormant accounts returns no articles.1025 That is an absence of published terms, not a statement that no fee applies.
Safer gambling tools and support
Midnite offers net spend limits (deposits minus withdrawals) on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, and its safer gambling team may also apply a mandatory limit.18 Loss limits track net losses, based on bets placed and winnings returned.11 A Cool-Off locks the account for 1 to 30 days and stays in place until the chosen time is up.26 Reality Check reminders for casino, live casino and virtuals can be set every 10, 20 or 30 minutes or every hour.27
Self-exclusion is available for six months, one year, two years or five years, in the account or by email, and cannot be reversed before the end date.1028 The account is closed during the exclusion and any positive balance is returned.10 Reopening afterwards involves a 24-hour cooling-off period.28 Midnite also points UK customers to GAMSTOP and suggests blocking tools such as Gamban.20 The responsible gambling page lists independent support services.
Live chat is described as the quickest way to get help, and Midnite says its AI chatbot handles general questions but is not perfect.16 The general support email is support@midnite.com, and Midnite also lists a Telegram bot and a postal address in London.16

Midnite publishes a time for every withdrawal route and clear rules on where money goes, cancellation, closed and self-excluded accounts, and its dispute service.41213 Its information is thinner on how those times divide between its own processing and the payment provider, on minimum withdrawals and on weekend rules, and its only fee statement concerns debit card deposits rather than withdrawals.35
