QuinnBet review: payments and account terms
QuinnBet may suit customers in Great Britain who bet on sports or play casino games and withdraw to a debit card: its help centre says withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours and that Visa Direct payments should arrive within 4 hours of processing.89 Customers who want an e-wallet or a phone line should look elsewhere, because Skrill and Neteller are not accepted and the contact page lists only live chat and email.1128 Its terms allow up to three business days of internal processing and a 5% fee (minimum £3.00) on withdrawals where financial activity is less than 50% of the amount deposited.7 On 20 August 2026 the Gambling Commission announced that QuinnBet (Gibraltar) Limited would pay £609,104 after finding anti-money laundering and social responsibility failures.29
How this page is funded: BookiePayout does not currently earn commission from any bookmaker on this page. If that changes, paid links will be labelled and will not change what we say, the order or which bookmakers are included. Affiliate disclosure.
We reviewed QuinnBet from its own UK help centre, terms and payment pages and its Gambling Commission register entry (20 saved sources, last checked 19 October 2026). We did not open an account, deposit or test a withdrawal, and nothing here describes a personal experience. There is no score: the checklist below applies the same criteria to every bookmaker we review.

QuinnBet is a brand of QuinnBet (Gibraltar) Limited, company number 122617, which is licensed in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 61011 and also holds licences in Gibraltar and Ireland.1 The register shows its remote casino and general betting activities as active since 21 September 2022.12 The site footer and the terms give different Gibraltar addresses for the company.17 QuinnBet says it is available only in Ireland and the UK.13 Its terms cover sports betting, virtual sports, and casino games including live casino.14
What stands out
- Processing and transfer are described separately. The help centre says withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours once verification documents are approved, and that money then usually appears within a few hours, allowing up to 2–3 working days.8 The stages are set out in the QuinnBet withdrawal guide.
- No minimum for small balances. Customers in Great Britain have no minimum withdrawal, although amounts under £10.00 are arranged through Customer Service.7
- Limits customer services cannot override. A new deposit limit applies immediately, an increase needs a 24-hour cooling-off period and a confirmation, and customer services are unable to override a limit the customer has set.1516
- Casino or sports can be blocked on their own. Customers can ask support to restrict either Casino or Sports, and removing the block involves a 24-hour cooling-off period.17
- A named dispute service. A complaint not resolved within eight weeks can be referred to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service.7
Limitations to know about
- Two processing times. The help centre gives 24 hours,8 while the terms say payments are subject to up to three business days of internal processing and may be delayed further to meet regulatory or legal obligations.7
- Cards are the only withdrawal destination named. Deposits can be made by debit card, Apple Pay or Open Banking,7 but no page says whether Apple Pay or Open Banking can receive a withdrawal, and Skrill and Neteller are not accepted for deposits.1011 No per-method limits or maximum withdrawal are published.7
- A fee on withdrawals with little play. The terms say QuinnBet does not charge for withdrawals apart from any applicable withdrawal or management fees, and reserve the right to charge 5% of the amount (minimum £3.00) where financial activity is less than 50% of the amount deposited.7
- Safer gambling pages disagree. The terms offer self-exclusion “from six months up to indefinitely”,14 the safer gambling policy says six months to five years,16 and the help article lists 6 months, 9 months, 1 year, 2 years or 5 years.18 The terms list reality check session timers, but the help articles do not explain how to set one.1419
- A 2026 regulatory settlement. On 20 August 2026 the Gambling Commission published a regulatory settlement under which QuinnBet (Gibraltar) Limited will make a payment in lieu of a financial penalty of £609,104, including a disgorgement of £193,118.20 The Commission said its review found failings in QuinnBet’s anti-money laundering and social responsibility controls, and its statement covers periods between March 2023 and August 2025.2021 It is the only action on the register entry, and the licence remains active.1221
Payments and withdrawals
Quickest stated route: Debit card: processing up to 24 hours, transfer up to 3 working days.7891011
The full method-by-method table, limits, verification, pending and weekend rules are in our QuinnBet withdrawal guide, which this review does not repeat.
QuinnBet accepts debit cards, including cards issued by Revolut, as well as Apple Pay and Open Banking for deposits.7 Customers choose where a withdrawal goes in the cashier, but a net deposit on a payment method must be cleared to it before withdrawing to another card, and every method must be in the customer’s own name.1022 The 4-hour Visa Direct figure appears only in the declined-withdrawals article, which does not say which cards qualify.9
Withdrawals can be requested once verification checks are complete, and QuinnBet may suspend or restrict an account until it has proof of age or address.723 A withdrawal cannot be cancelled once submitted, and if a bank rejects it the money returns to the account balance.79 The verification guide explains these checks.
Account terms
Customers must be 18 or over, and may not hold more than one account; QuinnBet reserves the right to close accounts if several are opened.14
Under the UK terms, an account becomes dormant after 365 consecutive days without a login, and no fee applies to a zero balance.14 With money in the account, QuinnBet says it will try to notify the customer and return the balance to the last payment method; if that method has expired, the customer has to deposit with a new method and withdraw to it.14 At least 30 days after the first attempt, a £3 administration fee is deducted every 30 days until the balance reaches zero, is withdrawn or the customer logs in, and customers can ask for these fees to be refunded.14
To close an account, a customer can withdraw any remaining funds and stop using it, or withdraw everything and ask Customer Services to close it (allow up to 24 hours).14 Support can reopen a closed account after verification questions, unless, for example, it is self-excluded or on a time-out.24 QuinnBet can close an account without giving a reason; the balance is then paid back unless it knows or reasonably suspects unlawful or prohibited activity, and a suspended account cannot deposit or withdraw.14
Safer gambling tools and support
Deposit limits and casino loss limits can be set daily, weekly or monthly, and take effect immediately.1525 A time-out can last 24 hours, 3 days, 1 week, 1 month or a custom period of up to 6 weeks, and the balance can be withdrawn through support during it.26 When a self-exclusion ends, the account stays closed until the customer completes a reopening procedure, which includes a phone call arranged through the verification team.1827 QuinnBet’s terms say a GAMSTOP exclusion may take up to 24 hours to take effect and should use the same details as the account.14 The responsible gambling page lists independent support services.
The Contact Us page offers live chat and email at support@quinnbet.com, with no telephone number and no stated hours or response time.28

QuinnBet sets out its card route in two stages, its small-balance rule, fees, cancellation, closure and its dispute service.78 The picture is narrower than the checklist suggests: cards are the only withdrawal route described, processing times differ between pages, and the expired-card rule appears only in the dormant-account terms.710 No weekend or bank holiday rule is published; the terms refer only to business days.7
