BookiePayout

Withdrawal enquiry checklist

Short answer

If a withdrawal is late, a clear record of dates, amounts, references and contacts makes every conversation with the bookmaker quicker, and you will need it if you complain. Fill in what you know, and the checklist turns it into plain text you can copy, download or print. It stays on your device.

The checklist form needs JavaScript. Without it, copy the questions in the "What to record" section below into a note or print this page.

Stays on your device

Nothing you type here is sent to BookiePayout or anyone else, and nothing is saved after you close the page. Do not enter full card numbers, passwords, security codes or ID document numbers.

What to record

  1. The bookmaker, and the date and time you requested the withdrawal.
  2. The amount and the payment method it was sent to.
  3. The withdrawal reference or transaction ID from your account history.
  4. The status your account shows (for example pending, processed or declined).
  5. What the bookmaker states for that method, and whether it is working days.
  6. Any request for verification documents: the date and what was asked.
  7. Every contact: date, channel (chat, email, phone) and any reference you were given.

The Gambling Commission advises giving a business full details, including dates, times and amounts, sharing supporting evidence and keeping copies of everything you send.1

What not to include

Do not put full card numbers, security codes, passwords or ID document numbers in your record, and never post documents or account details publicly. Send verification documents only through the bookmaker’s own secure upload or support channel.

Example

“Bookmaker: [name]. Requested 19 October 2026, 14:20. £120 to a debit card. Reference WD-12345. Status: Pending. Bookmaker states up to 24 hours processing, then 1 to 3 working days. Asked for proof of address by email on 20 October; uploaded through the account on 20 October. Live chat on 23 October, reference CH-678.”

What happens next

Start with the bookmaker’s official support. If the answer does not resolve it, use its complaints procedure; after eight weeks, or once you have its final response, you can usually take the dispute to the free alternative dispute resolution provider it names.1 Our guide to complaining about a delayed payout covers each step.
