BookiePayout

Contact and corrections

Short answer

Use the form below or email editor@bookiepayout.co.uk. If you have spotted something out of date, tell us the page and, if you can, link the bookmaker’s page that shows the current information. We check every correction against the operator’s own pages before changing anything.

What is your message about?
We only use it to reply.
For a correction, tell us what is wrong and, if you can, link the operator's page that shows the current information. Please do not include account numbers, card details, ID documents or passwords.

Your message is delivered to our editorial inbox by our website host's form service. See how we handle messages.

How corrections work

  1. We read every correction and check it against the bookmaker’s or regulator’s current page.
  2. If the source has changed, we update the record, which updates every page that shows that fact, and add an entry to the change log.
  3. If we cannot confirm the change, we keep the existing figure with its checked date, or mark it “not confirmed” if it is in doubt.

What we cannot help with

We cannot see or change anyone’s betting account, chase a payment, or resolve a dispute with a bookmaker. If you have a problem with a withdrawal, contact the bookmaker’s official support first, then follow its complaints procedure; our guide to complaining about a delayed payout explains each step and the independent services that can review a dispute.

Please do not send us account numbers, card details, passwords, ID documents or gambling history.

If gambling is causing you problems, free confidential support is available 24 hours a day.
